Superant Arms Warranty Policy:

Call or email Superant Arms before sending any product back for warranty service.

To obtain service under Superant Arms, LLC’s Limited Warranty, you must be the original purchaser of the product and you must register through email by contacting superantarms@gmail.com. If purchased through a dealer, you will be required to provide a proof of purchase.

Please note that Superant Arms does not manufacture original parts and may require engagement with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to complete certain warranty services. We make no guarantees on turn around times, however we hold dealer relationships with most of the parts used in our builds and stock many parts, which enables us to respond quickly.  We will not accept individual parts returned if they were part of a completed build. Due to the nature of firearms transfers, all sales are final.

SUPERANT ARMS’ LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO NORMAL WEAR OR TO DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE OR NEGLECT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FAILURE TO FOLLOW CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED; AND SUPERANT ARMS’ WARRANTY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Limitation of Liability:

THE LIABILITY OF SUPERANT ARMS, IF ANY, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DAMAGES FOR ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER ARISING IN TORT OR CONTRACT, SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT WITH RESPECT TO WHICH SUCH CLAIM IS MADE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPERANT ARMS BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, COMPENSATION, REIMBURSEMENT OR DAMAGES ON ACCOUNT OF THE LOSS OF PRESENT OR PROSPECTIVE PROFITS OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON WHATSOEVER.

Warranty Period and Coverage: Superant Arms will cover any custom upper receiver group or custom firearm build, manufactured by Superant Arms, up to 10 years from the original purchase date, for the original purchaser.  Coverage includes all original gunsmithing and assembly. Superant Arms will handle any OEM warranty servicing if an individual part should fail within that OEMs warranty period.  If determined that the part(s) are not covered under OEM warranty, the original purchaser of the Superant Arms product will only be responsible for the replacement cost(s) of the individual part(s) - no gunsmithing charges for the replacement shall be incurred by the purchaser, to return the product to its original configuration. Superant Arms will not be held responsible for any damage or physical harm resulting from use or missue of the firearm. Superant Arms test fires all custom firearm builds to ensure proper operation.

Warranty on Remanufactured Firearms: Superant Arms is not liable and will not handle any warranty claims for firearms that were remanufactured to change the type of firearm. In some cases, Superant Arms will cover failures with gunsmithing services provided by Superant Arms in the process of the remanufacturing. Example: a customer orders a pistol and accessories to be converted to a non-NFA other firearm. The firearm requires a part(s) to be pinned or welded and accessories to be installed to achieve the format and overall length requirements to meet compliance. In this scenario, Superant Arms will cover the pin and/or weld services provided. Accessories provided or requested by the customer are not covered under the warranty. Failures and any warranty issues with the firearm itself are not covered by Superant Arms, and Superant Arms will not be held responsible for any damage or physical harm resulting from use or missue of the firearm. If requested by the customer, Superant Arms will check for proper operation of the fiream upon completion of the services, by test firing.

Warranty Void: Altering or modifying parts on any completed build will void the warranty. Superant Arms will do their due diligence with OEM components if a failure occurs, however any changes to the original configuration of a completed build or damage resulting from improper use or reconfiguration of parts will void your warranty.
