Shipping / Delivery / Transfers

Non-serialized firearms parts (including completed upper receiver groups) are permitted for shipping directly to customers.  Local restrictions may apply, please contact Superant Arms, LLC before purchasing, if you believe a firearm or parts of a firearm cannot be delivered to requested address.  All regulated products, including, but not limited to: firearms, rifles, pistols, or lower receivers, must be shipped to licensed firearms dealers.  All transfers of regulated items to individuals must be completed by a licensed firearms dealer, possessing a 01 Federal Firearms License (“FFL”).  Superant Arms, LLC’s FFL is a 07 Manufacturing and Wholesale license.  Superant Arms, LLC is restricted from conducting individual transfers.

Refund / Return Policy

All sales are considered final unless noted otherwise. If a customer has purchased a product that they believe is defective, the customer should contact Superant Arms, LLC directly at superantarms@gmail.com or by submitting the contact form on the home page or contact page of superantarms.com. Please refer to the Warranty information page for further details.

Additional Information

All firearms are required to be delivered to an authorized dealer for presentation of the buyer’s required documentation for authorized transfer of the Firearm.
