This firearm is a B&T TP9 remanufactured to meet the requirements of an “Any Other Weapon” by ATF definitions. This firearm is only legal in NJ as an AOW or Other Firearm. This is not a rifle or pistol and has been registered as an AOW NFA item (National Firearms Act). In order to complete the purchase of this firearm you must complete a Form 4 with a class 3 SOT dealer in NJ.

This AOW is compliant because of the pistol brace, vertical foregrip, and an overall length under 26” - do not add a stock to this firearm. Superant Arms LLC is a FFL 07 manufacturer, only a licensed manufacturer can change the type of a firearm.
