Superant Arms’ 11.5” Other Firearm was custom built to be one of the most compact platforms available to NJ residents. The firearm starts with an 11.5” barrel in 4150 CMV steel (Cold Hammer Forged also available) for strength and high-temperature stability for sustained shooting, chambered in 5.56x45mm. Adding to the performance is an ultra-reliable and clean operation of a gas-piston system and an Ion-bonded bolt carrier finished with your choice of 9310 nitrided or Nickel Boron coated bolt parts. The lower receiver is fully ambidextrous - bolt release, mag release, and safety selector. This other firearm is NJ compliant because of the pistol brace, vertical foregrip, and an overall length longer than 26” – do not change this configuration.

Selecting Options and upgrades:

When selecting bolt/BCG options below - note that mismatching Piston vs Direct Impingement in configuration and an applicable BCG will not impact the price. All piston systems ship with an ion-bonded carrier and 9310 nitrided bolt by default unless “piston operated nickel boron” is selected ($50 upgrade). For directed impingement select either Nitrided or Nickel Boron Black ($75 upgrade)

• NJSP has determined that this configuration is legal in the state of NJ. To be considered an “other firearm” it must be over 26” in overall length, with both a pistol brace and forward grip attached to the handguard. changing either of these features or reducing the overall length with create a firearm that is not compliant in NJ.
