Every build is custom designed and precision assembled to your specs. Standard procedures include lapping the upper receiver to ensure a perfectly aligned barrel, dimpled barrel for proper gas block seating and alignment, headspace check, function check, gas tuning (if applicable), and any compliance work to meet state or local regulations.

Balance of completed custom build will be billed separately after form is received and specific upgrades and parts are requested.
All precision builds start with a lapped mil-spec upper receiver, by polishing the receiver we can guarantee the barrel will be perfectly square with the receiver, even the slightest imperfections in anodizing or other coatings can result in a poorly mated barrel affecting expected points of impact - at longer ranges beyond your zero.
